Several celebrities, including Paris Hilton, Billy Crystal, and Adam Brody, have lost their homes in the devastating wildfires sweeping through the Los Angeles area.
Over 1,000 structures have been destroyed as six separate fires continue to burn in and around the city, which is home to numerous mansions owned by film stars.
The Pacific Palisades area has seen some of the most severe damage, with a fast-moving blaze spreading from a few hundred acres to over 15,000 since Tuesday.
This picturesque neighborhood, known for its hillside streets nestled against the Santa Monica Mountains and its proximity to Pacific Ocean beaches, has been left in ruins.
Actor James Woods, recognized for his roles in Nixon and Casino, became emotional during a CNN interview as he recounted losing his home in Pacific Palisades.

“One day you’re swimming in the pool and the next day it’s all gone,” he shared with the network. Fighting back tears, he also spoke about his wife’s eight-year-old niece, who offered her piggy bank savings to help rebuild their home.
Actor Crystal expressed his sorrow in a statement, revealing that he and his wife Janice were “heartbroken” over the destruction of their Pacific Palisades home, where they had lived since 1979.
The When Harry Met Sally star shared: “We raised our children and grandchildren here.
“Every inch of our house was filled with love. Beautiful memories that can’t be taken away.
“We are heartbroken, of course, but with the love of our children and friends, we will get through this.”
